Dareh Anjir Asiatic Cheetah to Become a Learning Organization / The Necessity of Drafting a Strategic Document for D19
The CEO of Dareh Anjir Asiatic Cheetah Mining and Exploration Company stated that fulfilling the directives related to the Ariz Iron Ore Mine is the first and most serious executive priority (D19), and said: “We will turn Dareh Anjir into a learning organization.”
According to the Public Relations Department of Dareh Anjir Asiatic Cheetah Mining and Exploration Company, Azimi, in his first working session as CEO of Mine (D19), met with employees at the company’s central office and said: “Systematic order, respect for human dignity, and professional ethics are among the most important executive priorities in the areas of human resources and organizational discipline.”
He described organizational synergy and cohesion as the most important elements of organizational development, adding that attention to communication skills and carrying out assigned tasks with excellent quality and quantity are among other factors contributing to the company’s advancement toward its predefined goals.
Referring to the importance of the efforts made by Mohammadreza Kazempour (the first CEO of D19), the CEO of Dareh Anjir Asiatic Cheetah Mining Company said: “Cultural appreciation is a noble value, and this must be taken seriously across all departments of Dareh Anjir.”
Azimi emphasized the necessity of drafting a strategic plan and institutionalizing a culture of reading as part of the new management’s approaches at Dareh Anjir Asiatic Cheetah Mining Company. He stated: “We intend to identify strengths and weaknesses through thorough assessments and, by using the strategic document as a benchmark, propose logical and practical solutions to address them.”
He also described documenting all employees’ activities as another key priority on the agenda and stressed: “Dareh Anjir Asiatic Cheetah Mining and Exploration Company will be transformed into a learning organization.”
The CEO of Mine (D19) identified supplying feedstock to the two major mines of Chadormalu and Central Iron Ore of Iran as the company’s first and most serious priority, noting: “Achieving the objectives of the Ariz Iron Ore Mine depends on perseverance, honesty, integrity, trust, and ethical virtues.”
In conclusion, emphasizing the need to focus on productivity within the company, Azimi said: “With the full dedication of all employees and strong organizational cohesion, we intend to further strengthen Dareh Anjir Mining and Exploration Company to enhance its impact.”
