The Director General of the Audit Court of Yazd Province stated that benefiting from effective knowledge and research is one of the key advantages in managing the Ariz Iron Ore Mine, and said: “The challenges of Mine (D19) will be resolved legally with the cooperation of the Department of Environment, the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade (IMT), and the Regional Water Authority.”
According to the Public Relations Department of Dareh Anjir Asiatic Cheetah Mining and Exploration Company, Ebrahim Mardayan, Director General of the Audit Court of Yazd Province, accompanied by Mohammad Kazem Sadeghian, Director General of Industry, Mine and Trade of Yazd Province, visited the Ariz Iron Ore Mine (D19) and were briefed firsthand on the measures taken and the plans currently underway at the mining site.
During the visit, he described the actions carried out at the Ariz iron ore mining site as commendable and added: “Some issues raised by the CEO of Dareh Anjir Asiatic Cheetah Mining Company are worthy of consideration and can be resolved through coordination.”
The Director General of the Audit Court of Yazd Province stated that the necessary readiness exists to raise the issues and concerns of the Ariz Iron Ore Mine with the heads of the IMT, Environment, and Regional Water departments at the provincial level and to resolve them within the legal framework.
Mardayan described the scientific and research background of the current CEO of Dareh Anjir Asiatic Cheetah Mining Company as a distinctive advantage in managing Mine (D19), noting: “This advantage is a driving force for achieving the objectives and directives of the Ariz Iron Ore Mine and for enhancing its impact in the region.”
Meanwhile, Mohammad Kazem Sadeghian, Director General of IMT of Yazd Province, also emphasized on the sidelines of the visit that the use of up-to-date knowledge is the most important advantage of the current management of the Ariz Iron Ore Mine. He stated: “Executive measures at this mine must be properly documented and utilized to advance the objectives of other mines across the province as well.”
He described Mine (D19) as a successful model of mining operations in Yazd Province and the country, adding: “Productivity is a prerequisite for the development of mining, and this can only be achieved through the optimal use of knowledgeable human resources and the effective application of expertise—both of which are clearly evident at the Ariz Iron Ore Mine.”
